Cem Sertoglu is a prominent figure in the venture capital industry, serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Earlybird Digital East Fund, a leading VC firm in Europe.

With over 15 years of experience, Cem has a successful track record of backing high-growth ventures in Emerging Europe, such as UiPath, Payhawk, Minit, Hazelcast, oBilet, and YemekSepeti.

Prior to his venture capital career, Cem was an accomplished entrepreneur, founding SelectMinds, a global leader in social talent management software, which was later acquired by Oracle.

Passionate about fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, Cem splits his time between Istanbul and the US East Coast, holding a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
