Cem Banguoglu

Cem Banguoglu is a professional with a diverse background in business administration, international affairs, and public policy.

He studied Business Administration at European University for his Bachelor's and pursued a Master's degree in International Affairs and Public Policy at Bilkent University.

He also completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Portsmouth.

With a wealth of experience, Cem has held various roles in different organizations, such as Project Manager at AGSEN, Business Development/Deputy Director at Rasen spestekh, Managing Partner at ASPERA LTD, Account Manager at ELSAN Defence and Communications, Intern at IMAGE PUBLIC RELATIONS, Sales Representative at My Garden, and Intern at PIMSA.

AGSEN, the company Cem is currently associated with, expanded its operations to Russia in 2009, opening OOO AGSEN in 2009. They began operating in the Penza Region, specifically Tamalinskii and Belinskii districts in July 2010, utilizing 80,000 hectares of land for agricultural purposes.

In Tamalinskii district, AGSEN acquired 67.5 hectares of industrial land for constructing an elevator with a 50,000-ton capacity in the initial phase, intending to scale it up to 150,000 tons in the future.
