Celine Loeuille

Celine Loeuille is a highly experienced international consultant with a successful track record spanning over 18 years. She has served as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and PMO across various sectors, including IT, Lottery, and Pharmaceutical industries. With a wealth of experience in product, site, and customer management, she has delivered large-scale end-to-end solutions across different locations, including the US, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, and Africa.

Celine has core competencies in global project and program management, end-to-end project delivery, PMO instantiation, change management, continuous improvement, and communication. She has proven expertise in managing complex people-focused deliveries, lean and 6-sigma project management, risk management, and best practices.

Celine is an acknowledged team leader with in-depth resource knowledge, talent acquisition, and excellent skills in motivating, developing, and mentoring staff. She is also an experienced Trainer and Coach. She has a global profile and can work in various environments, including local and cross-cultural settings, start-ups, and multinational companies.

Celine attended the University of Memphis, where she studied International Master Business and Administration (IMBA) in Management Business Administration, with a 3.9 CGPA. She also holds a BSc Degree in Engineering, Electrician at HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
