Celia's career highlights include expanding target markets for a global product portfolio, launching the first smart grid enabled device for a Siemens Energy Management product, implementing Agile/Scrum methodology to augment the software development process for a smart grid product, and spearheading the annual global price round at Siemens AG Low Voltage and Products divisions to establish pricing for all regions.

Celia holds a Master of Business Administration in Management of Technology, specializing in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Supply Chain Logistics, from Georgia Institute of Technology's Scheller College of Business. Furthermore, she studied Global Business Conducting Business in China at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
