With a background in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Nevada-Reno, Celeste Behrman has honed her skills in project management, cross-team communication, design and web standards, and the creation of functional and behavioral specifications and prototypes. She excels in increasing brand identity, consistency, and loyalty through her designs.
