She has extensive experience in the analytics and decision sciences industry, developing solutions for data science and analytics problems spaces in retail, telecom, and insurance. Kshira has also worked with media, healthcare, aviation, logistics, and FMCG organizations, enabling decision making through data. She has been recognized as the #2 Analytics Leader in Australia for 2019 and is one of the top 25 Analytics Leaders in 2019, '20 & '21.

As the first Chief Data Officer at Latitude, Kshira leads a large team of data experts and is responsible for designing the company's data enablement strategy.
