Cedric Bogaert

Cedric Bogaert is the co-founder and CEO of myNEO, a company that focuses on the fusion of genomic fingerprinting and oncology using computational advancements.

With a background in Msc. Medical genetics and bioengineering, Cedric has delved into research on the impact of nutrition on the epigenome of breast cancer and the role of an active immune system in tumor regression.

He envisions a future of personalized treatments facilitated by next-generation sequencing datasets, which inspired him to establish myNEO with the backing of the seed capital fund Novalis.

Cedric's educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Bioengineering (medicinal genetics) from Ghent University, another Master's Degree in Bioengineering (genetics) from the University of Helsinki, and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering (genetics) from Ghent University.

In addition to myNEO, Cedric has also co-founded Persomed life sciences and served in roles such as a Business&Integration Arch Senior Analyst at Accenture and an Immunovaccine developer as a Self-Employed Contractor.
