Ernie Megginson is an established leader in the energy industry with vast expertise in the analysis, development, and management of LNG, oil & gas, renewable energy, and independent power sectors. He has a strong track record of successfully building and driving multi-national teams for complex international and domestic energy projects while achieving challenging safety, risk mitigation, and cost targets. Ernie is skilled in commercial economics, contract negotiations, regulatory affairs, and stage-gate project management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. Ernie has personally established the USA presence for Australia-based Liquefied Natural Gas Limited and engaged as an expert witness in FERC regulatory and EPC contract dispute matters. He is also responsible for obtaining Magnolia LNG's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) order and managing the development of the Jamaica LNG import project. Ernie has developed project execution plans for domestic and international gasification and LNG projects and managed the development of an IPP in Thailand and a Cogen in Indonesia.
