Kristin McNeff is a seasoned management consultant with 18 years of experience across various industries, such as oil and gas, healthcare, technology, and education, among others. She has acquired expertise in strategic planning, solution delivery, application design, business process optimization, and program/project management. Prior to joining Sendero, Kristin worked for Accenture, Encana Oil & Gas, and various startup ventures, solidifying her experience in both management consulting and IT operations.

Kristin's natural disposition as an influencer and achiever, coupled with her people-first and continuous improvement mindset, has made her successful throughout her career. She completed her undergraduate studies in Information and Operations Management (MIS) at Texas A&M University with an International Business Certificate, later earning an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
