Cecilie Nøring

Cecilie Nøring is a professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the sales, recruitment, and management sectors.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management and has pursued studies in Culture and Dialog at the University of Tromsoe, Higher education entrance qualification with a Specialization in sales and services at Spjelkavik high school, and Examen philosophicum and Examen faculatum at the University of Oslo.

Cecilie has also attended UC Berkeley and the University of Mannheim to further enrich her academic profile.

Throughout her career, Cecilie has held various roles at Academic Work, including Team Manager in Sales, Academy Recruiter Specialist, Branch Manager Trondheim, Team Manager in Operations, Staffing & Recruitment Assistant Manager, Consultant Manager, and Researcher.

Prior to her tenure at Academic Work, she also served as a Project Coordinator at Den Norske Matfestival i Ålesund and gained experience as a Head Waiter at Radisson Blu Hotel Ålesund, along with part-time roles as a Cashier at Plantasjen and Kiwi.
