Cecilia Pang

Cecilia Pang is an accomplished finance and people leader with extensive experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, benefits management, and global business strategy. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a BS degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Ms. Pang has held various leadership positions in distinguished organizations such as Stripe, Facebook, and Genentech. She was Head of Global Benefits at Stripe, where she led the company's worldwide benefits programs, and Head of Corporate and Business Finance and Strategy, where she oversaw finance and operational strategy. At Facebook, she was responsible for Life@ Benefits and Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. Ms. Pang was also the Head of Genentech Research and Early Development Finance, Non-Oncology, where she managed a budget of $1 billion.

Before joining the biotech and tech sectors, Ms. Pang had experience in investment banking from Merrill Lynch, where she was part of the global healthcare team. She is currently on sabbatical and continues to be involved in leadership and mentorship roles.
