Cecilia Li, CFA, MRICS, is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience in the fields of real estate finance, private equity, and consulting. She holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a BSc in Building and Real Estate with First Class Honors from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and has participated in an Exchange Program at Loughborough University. Cecilia has held significant roles such as Associate Portfolio Manager in Private Equity at Australian Retirement Trust, Senior Associate at Atlantic Pacific Capital, and Assistant Manager in Consulting at CBRE. Her experience also includes a position as a Summer Analyst in Valuation and Rating at Savills. Prior to her professional career, she gained valuable experience as a Ride Host at Cedar Point.
