Naomi Allen

Naomi Allen is a highly accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles across top organizations. She holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has studied at the Georg-August University. Naomi is currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Brightline and has previously held positions such as Board Member at Bright Health, Chief Growth Officer at Livongo, Category Designer in Residence at Play Bigger, and Global Family Travel at Escape Hatch 5. Her tenure at Castlight Health involved being a Founder and holding executive roles for 8 years, engaging in operations, sales, product development, and participating in roadshows and IPOs. Prior to this, she worked at McKinsey and Company as an Engagement Manager, at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, and also in policy strategy at the German Social Democratic Party.
