Launched a digital leadership platform to foster trade, entrepreneurship networking and collaboration between Australia, Latin America and the Asia Pacific region for the Australian Latin America Young Professionals (ALAYP), a non-profit organisation that fosters economic relationships and trade between Australia and Latin America.
Key Achievements:
-  Launched a digital leadership platform bringing together +100 people in the first year.
-  Created and launched ALAYP's Entrepreneurship Chapter, hosting +12 events, attended by +1300 people.
-  Launched the first ALAYP Trade and Investment Forum in collaboration with TIQ and QUT, connecting +80 representatives of different industries and government organisations.

TIME-RX specialises in the medical diagnostic imaging service for indigenous and rural communities in Colombia.
Managed business operations, facilitated continuous improvement, internal and external growth for a company that specialised in medical diagnostic imaging services for rural and indigenous communities. Spearheaded business strategy by placing protocols and standards on a par with international standards.
Key Achievements:
-  Managed business operations, grew the business from 500 to 700 users per month in the first quarter.
-  Initiated and established KPIs for the process, achieving a 23.5% improvement in the quality of the service.

-  Assessed and implemented a systematic approach aimed at waste reduction and the elimination of non-value-added activities. Outcomes through the standardisation of best operational practices conducted to a reduction by 11.7% of the setup time.

Engineering Trainee

Partnered with the Department of Agriculture, to develop specialised technology to industrialise the bamboo process. Conducted research, proof of concept and product design.
Achievements:
-  Performed a technology proof of concept, engineering calculations, digital design and physical assembled a fully automated angler fish-mouth cutting device for the industrial bamboo process.
-  Created machine specifications, drawings and sketches for the manufacturing process.
