Day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of 3rd party insurance, communications, finance and travel partner relationships. Managing performance and on-boarding new products and providers.Analysing partner MI and recommending improvements. Developing and negotiating contracts with new providers, including defining clauses and negotiating commercials.

Day-to-day management of area complaints log, liaising with head office Complaints Department, monitoring complaints with other staff and responding to customer complaints over the phone, by letter and email, dealing with customers direct in branch and over the phone selling insurance and dealing with queries.
