Helene DeVries is a highly experienced talent acquisition executive, known as "The Talent Whisperer," who founded HDV Talent to transform businesses by humanizing the talent acquisition process. With over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, Helene has developed a reputation for uncovering hidden talent and connecting businesses with the right people to achieve success.

Helene's empathetic and relationship-driven approach has helped her foster meaningful connections across a variety of industries, including marketing, advertising, commerce, and media. Her past positions include Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Geometry Global, Talent Lead at Wunderman Thompson, and Executive Vice President at DHR International.

Helene is committed to promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices and has been an ally and mentor at #HIREBLACK Initiative as well as an active member of AIR Allies in Recruiting. She has also been a member of Chief, a women's executive network that aims to connect and support women leaders.

Helene studied Political Science and Psychology at Union College and has dedicated her career to ensuring that businesses find the right talent to thrive in today's complex and ever-changing marketplace.
