John Scherer

John Scherer is a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the construction industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Law degree from Nova Southeastern University, he has a deep understanding of both the technical and legal aspects of the field. As Gulf Building's President, John oversees all operations, managing pre-construction activities such as conceptual estimating, value engineering, and scheduling, as well as construction phase activities, including project management, subcontract bid receipt and award, and regulatory agency compliance. John's expertise also extends to marketing and maintaining owner/client relationships. He has a firm grasp of the construction industry's legal and technical requirements, allowing him to provide sound advice to Gulf Building's clients.
