Yana Kaplun is a highly accomplished business professional with extensive experience in technology investing, M&A analysis, and investment banking. She studied at the prestigious Huntsman Program for International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where she earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Statistics, as well as a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish. She also attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Prior to her current position as a Technology Investor at TA Associates, Yana worked as an M&A Analyst at Evercore, a position she held after working there as a Summer Analyst. She also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Capital Markets Initiative Intern at Third Way.
