Mukhtar Ali is a driven and passionate individual with a diverse background in human resources management, community activism, and training. With a Master's degree in Business Administration and over 4 years of experience in NGO work, Mukhtar has a wide variety of skills to offer. As Vice President of an NGO, he campaigned for education, health, and other important issues, while also serving as a mediator in conflicts. Additionally, he conducted activity-based trainings on topics such as communication and leadership, and gave motivational speeches in rural schools. At the university level, Mukhtar was an active participant in group and individual projects, contributing to recruitment and selection, training and development, performance and compensation, and designing compensation systems. Throughout these projects, he demonstrated leadership and creativity, leading his group in training on critical skills such as attitude and behavior, launching a new business idea, presenting on diversity, and interviewing prominent figures in the industry.
