Lindsey Plocek is a highly accomplished sales and marketing leader in the tech industry with expertise spanning AI, RPA, and data analytics. She currently serves as Head of Marketing at Observe.AI, a company that uses AI to transform contact centers and improve employee engagement. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at high-growth startups like STRIVR, AskSuzy, and Quantilope. Lindsey's entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking have helped her build successful go-to-market functions from scratch, raising over $250M in capital and establishing partnerships with many of the Fortune 500 companies. She is also a mentor to more than 60 tech industry professionals and has led international sales and marketing bootcamps for various organizations. Lindsey is originally from Toledo, Ohio, and holds a degree in Journalism and Advertising Management from Ohio University.
