He is currently the General Manager of RDS - Radio Dimensione Suono, one of the leading radio stations in Italy. Massimiliano's skills extend to leading high-performance teams, optimizing efficiency, and productivity while keeping a level head. With excellent client-facing skills, he is also successful in helping define company strategy, achieving goals, and optimizing business.

An innovative thinker with strengths in change management, public speaking, and cross-digital storytelling, Massimiliano leverages his marketing skills to apply a lateral approach to his business efforts. He attended the NAB Communication and Marketing Summit from 1996 to 2002, held yearly in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, where he honed his communications and marketing skills. This experience translates well into his current responsibilities as General Manager of RDS, which includes improving the format catalog's multi-platform, as well as cross-digital storytelling and engagement.
