Mario's career began at PwC before he became Senior Manager Business Assurance. He later joined Cendant Corp where he served as VP Internal Audit. In 2005/2006, Cendant split up and spun off or sold its constituent businesses. Afterward, he joined CHANEL where he served as VP Internal Audit, Interim Chief Accounting Officer, and VP Internal Audit.

The financial leader's professional experience also includes being Senior VP Finance - CFO at Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC (acquired by Coach, Inc.), Partner - CFO Advisory Services at CohnReznick LLP, Franchise Owner at Athletic Republic, VP & Chief Accounting Officer at Conduent, and Chief Audit Executive at Conduent. He's currently SVP & Chief Accounting Officer at National Basketball Association (NBA).
