Ana G Soares is a highly experienced Agile Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience. She is known for being the first woman in Brazil to train people in Agile Project Management through official training courses. As the founder of UNIAGIL, Ana has trained over 3,000 professionals in Agile methodologies, making her the Kanban Trainer with the most significant number of alumni in Latin America. Ana has worked as an Agile Coach for many notable companies, including AMBEV, SEARA, and Ultragaz, as well as several municipal and state government agencies.

Ana is a graduate in Computer Science, with a Master's Degree in Administration, Organizations, and Management Technologies. Ana's expertise has also made her a sought-after speaker at industry events, with her informative and interactive presentations attracting over 100,000 people on social media. Ana regularly provides free Agile training videos on her YouTube channel, Kanbancast.

In her quest to promote Agile methodologies and help professionals, Ana created the Lean Agile Coach Professional (LACP), the first-of-its-kind certification program in Brazil. Ana's passion for Agile methodologies has led her to specialize in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean project management.
