Prem Dhankar is an experienced Chief Engineer with an extensive background in operating and maintaining vessel machinery, handling ships' engineering side. He has sailed on various types of vessels, including LNG carriers, container carriers, VLCC, ULCC, Chemical Cargo Carriers, and Passenger Liners, with horsepower ranging from 4000 BHP to 45000 BHP. Prem specializes in marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems and has a good working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. He is also certified for Dangerous Cargo Endorsement – Level 2 (Oil, Chemical & Gas).

Aside from his rich professional experience, Prem is also an advocate of environmental sustainability and has taken up planting trees and growing mushrooms and seedless cucumbers in his hometown in Jhajjar, Haryana. He is an avid yoga practitioner and teacher and considers himself a lifelong learner, always ready to train and share his knowledge with the younger generation. He is an active member of two educational trusts registered with the Government of India under the Charitable Trust Act and believes in the value of giving back to the community.
