Nausheen Moulana is a highly accomplished technical leader with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software systems and SaaS applications. With a background in electrical engineering and business administration, Moulana has a unique perspective and multidisciplinary expertise that allows her to integrate new technologies and domains, from Hadoop-enabled systems to cloud-native SaaS applications. She is known for her ability to create high-performing engineering teams and manage all aspects of the software lifecycle, including product development, strategic planning, architectural and technical guidance, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

As the VP of Software Engineering at Kyruus, Moulana led large teams across Engineering, Research, Documentation, QA, and DevOps functions. She is a hands-on leader and enjoys mentoring team members to help them progress in their careers. Before her time at Kyruus, Moulana served as the Director and VP of Software Engineering at Attivio and held various leadership positions at MathWorks, including Senior Engineering Manager, MATLAB Language and Architecture Group, and Quality Engineering Team Lead, MATLAB QA Team.

Moulana is also a former advisory board member at The T.E.C. Schools, where she served on the board for THINK, EXPLORE, and CREATE initiatives.
