Andrew Mills is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, with a diverse background that spans across technology, start-ups, business strategy, and leadership. He has successfully built and sold several ventures, including the UK’s first SaaS CRM solution, XMWeb, and North Buckinghamshire's first full fibre network, AVB. Mills is currently the co-founder of Nunc Jun-Kombucha, a producer of all-natural adult soft drinks that are transparent in every way. In addition to his work with Nunc, Mills provides consultancy services to start-ups and is passionate about sharing his love of fermentation on his podcast with Adam Vanni from Jarr Kombucha.

Mills is a graduate of James Cook University, where he studied Economics and Computer Science, and Henley Business School, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Business. He has also held several high-profile positions, including interim Head of Online Strategy at Cabinet Office and CEO/co-founder of XMWeb. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mills is an author and game designer, with a published novel and two card games geared toward teaching children the fundamentals of computational thinking.
