Jon Pancerman

Jon Pancerman is an accomplished professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and business operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo, having also studied at Williamsville North.

Currently, Jon serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations at ACV Auctions, showcasing his expertise in overseeing and optimizing business processes.

With a wealth of experience in the industry, Jon has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Operations, Director of FP&A, and Director of Finance at ACV Auctions.

Prior to his current position, Jon gained valuable experience at Synacor as the Director of Finance and Senior Manager of Finance, where he honed his financial management skills.

His extensive experience also includes roles at McDonald's Corporation, where he served as Finance Manager of Treasury, Senior Financial Analyst of Treasury, and in various other financial positions.

Jon's commitment to giving back to the community is evident through his past role as a Pro-bono Financial Consultant at the Taproot Foundation, showcasing his dedication to using his financial skills for social good.
