As the Local Director of the Greater Nepean Local Business Network, he works with SMEs in the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and Hawkesbury areas, helping them achieve quantifiable results and tailored solutions. In addition, Mills runs a coaching program called Soaring Free and "get the work," where he empowers purposeful individuals to pursue fulfilling careers, create effective leadership strategies, and foster personal growth.
