Braulio Reyes, a rising star in the manufacturing industry, is currently excelling as a section manager at Caterpillar Inc., specializing in Leadership and Technical Development as a third-year rotation employee. He is highly skilled in prioritizing safety, quality, and velocity and has successfully run the 793 LMT Mainline assembly line. Braulio's career began with impactful internships throughout his college education. As an undergraduate researcher at the Center for the Advancement of Space Safety and Mission Assurance Research and a LSAMP scholar at W.M Keck Center for 3D Innovations, he gained hands-on experience in program management, supply chain management, and quality engineering. Prior to his time at Caterpillar, Braulio also interned at United Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and NASA Johnson Space Center.

In his free time, Braulio hosts The Braulio Reyes Podcast, where he shares his insights into leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-improvement. He also enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
