Kimberly Arredondo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education development, alumni relations, and donor stewardship. She studied Literatures and Cultures in English at Brown University and later completed certification programs in Project Management, Project Leadership, and TEFL.

Before working as the Associate Director of Donor Relations and Advancement Communications at Ransom Everglades School, Kimberly served as the Associate Director of Research, Prospect Management, and Stewardship at the same institution. She also worked as the Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives, Director of Summer Studies, and Development and Alumni Associate at Miami Country Day School.

She is highly skilled in strategic planning, project management, communication, research, and data analysis. She is also an experienced ESL teacher and has worked as an archivist and residential peer leader at Brown University. Outside her professional work, Kimberly served as the Semana Chicana Co-Programmer at Brown University and as a Public Ally/Education Program Assistant at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.
