Emma Proud is the Head of Learning and Adapting at hellobrink, with a passion for systems, mindset, adaptation, innovation, neuroscience, and coaching.
She holds a Master's degree in Migration and Diaspora Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies with first-class honors from Newcastle University.
Emma's extensive professional background includes roles such as Head of Behavioural Innovation at Brink and various positions at Mercy Corps, including Director of Organizational Agility, Director of the Centre of Excellence for Adaptive Management, Senior Advisor in Economic and Market Development, Deputy Chief of Party, Somali Region Program Manager, and Program Manager.
Prior to her work at Mercy Corps, Emma Proud served in roles at Save the Children as a Program Manager and Intern, and at FactSet Research Systems as a Product Developer, Strategic Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant.
