Currently serving as a Project Director at The Outreach Team, Marika specializes in advocating for progressive issues such as climate action, government accountability, and reproductive rights. She is adept at creating effective strategic plans and managing people, including staff and volunteers.

Marika is dedicated to nurturing new leaders and organizers, championing progressive causes, and motivating others to engage in the movement.

She pursued her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Ohio University.
