Damian Vaca is an accomplished management executive with extensive experience in documentary film, live production, television reality, event producing, news gathering, and digital social media agency work. He studied Management and Marketing at Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration, where he earned his Bachelor's degree. Damian has worked in various organizations throughout his career, including Live Nation Entertainment, Tiny Horse, Travel Channel, REVOLT TV, National Geographic Channel, SBE Entertainment, MTV Networks, Leeza Gibbons Inc, MTV Latin America, and GLAAD.

At Live Nation Entertainment, Damian served as Vice President of Unscripted Productions. He was responsible for overseeing the development and management of unscripted projects for the company. At Tiny Horse, he worked as Vice President of Production, where he oversaw the production of branded content for clients such as Hyundai, Dove, and Samsung.

Moreover, Damian was Advance Field Producer at Travel Channel, Head of On Air Talent/Talent Management at REVOLT TV, Line Producer at National Geographic Channel, and Director of Special Events, Logistics at SBE Entertainment. Additionally, Damian had the opportunity to work as Line Producer for MTV News and Docs, Production Manager for Grill it with Bobby Flay at The Food Network, Coordinating Producer for Leeza Gibbons Inc, and Unit Manager for MTV News and Docs.

Furthermore, Damian served as Event Co-Chair for GLAAD's 18th Annual GLAAD Media Awards and Special Events Manager for Los Premios 2008 at MTV Latin America.
