Marty Pechauer

Marty Pechauer is an experienced IT talent acquisition and solutions professional with a background in the DFW market spanning two decades. For the past five years, Marty has specialized in helping clients develop robust Information Security teams and providing expert Cybersecurity consultants for project-based assignments. Additionally, Marty is actively engaged in various IT and Information Security organizations, holding positions such as Board Member at NTX ISSA, Tri-Chair for the Cybersecurity Forum at Tech Titans, and a member of the CyberWIDE committee at NTX ISSA. Prior to her focus on Information Security in Dallas, Marty started her career in Washington, DC, initially recruiting for law firms and associations before founding her own company, Capital Search Group.
