Years ago I had an idea for an endurance mountain bike race in Park City, UT.  Unfortunately, another promoter beat me to the punch on the concept.  The opportunity arose in 2009 to revisit the concept and the event was a smashing success in its first iteration.  It's a 75-mile single day event based here in Park City.Highlights:	•  Event sell-outs averaging 5 minutes over the last four years•  Successful local partnerships with city, county and private resorts •  Created a unique approach to tying in sponsors utilizing digital marketing tactics •  Additionally I founded a mid-week MTB racing series.  It was the regions only MTB race series providing cash prizing for overall series leaders ($7,000 paid out in 2010), created an outstanding national and local sponsor platform. Supervise all aspects of resort’s marketing, advertising and PR efforts, which promote summer and winter destination visits to the mountain and all resort related operations. Responsible for developing operating and pricing strategies, and all yearly budget plans. Manage all media and public relations efforts, agency and vendor relationships, group/offsite sales, and resort marketing partnerships with state, county and local partners.  Highlights:	•  During six seasons helped realized a 68% increase in paid skier days•  Increased preseason pass sale gross revenue 171% over six years•  Increased unique visitors to website by124% during first three seasons•  Responsible for increasing brand awareness in the local market by refocusing advertising and marketing strategies (43% preseason sales new customers in 2006)•  Launched resorts first internet based CRM program (04/05)•  Created and launched a social media presence/micro-site <a href="http://skisolitude.com/community">skisolitude.com/community</a> (2008)

Highlights:	•  Charged with supervising nearly 40% of the agencies gross billings•  Managed and maintained the classic Sun Valley Resort brand for 3 years•  Supervised Snowbasin Resort leading up to and through the 2002 Olympic Games, including facilitating non-credentialed media during the games •  Planned and managed the print collateral plan and team for the SLOC/UDOT Olympic Transportation Plan•  Supervised the national advertising and PR launch of the J-Station by Johnson Amplifiers
