Max Kersting

Max Kersting is a German-American entrepreneur who is passionate about improving men's intimate health with his new digital program Regimen. After experiencing erectile dysfunction himself, he co-founded Regimen, which is the world's first CE-certified digital program to overcome the condition. Kersting holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management & Governance from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, Germany, and a Master of Arts in Business Development from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. He began his career as an analyst at Nordlicht Management Consultants before co-founding room.me, where he was the CEO of the company. He also worked as a growth advisor at HomeShare and helped found Hyconic, where he served as a managing director.
