Rob Cordova is a seasoned educator with a talent for making learning accessible, practical, and fun. With over 20 years of experience in corporate learning and adult education, he has transformed Fortune 100 client training programs and empowered thousands of participants worldwide with his innovative and impactful approach. He is the founder of Rob Cordova Consulting and previously served as Co-Founder & CEO of Creativity Profiles. Rob has also held positions as an Adjunct Professor in Innovation and Resilience at Fordham University, Consultant and Facilitator at Innovation Bound, Director of Learning and Development at futurethink, VP of Public Relations at Salt Lake Community College, and Training Consultant at American Express. He currently teaches Innovation & Resilience at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business in New York City, and his mixed-delivery format class has tripled in size. He has received industry praise and Top Presenter awards at Interop and HDI conferences for his Creative Leadership and Creative Intrapreneurship courses. His clients include American Express, Avery Dennison, Duke Corporate Education, Delta Airlines, Dun & Bradstreet, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Visa. Outside of teaching and consulting, Rob is a self-proclaimed Rap Battle enthusiast and is writing a creative activity book about the journey and process of innovation. He holds a BA in Communications from Westminster College and an MA in Business Education from New York University.
