Mike McAlear is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales across multiple industries. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Strategic Business from Concordia University. Additionally, he holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology- Design from Dawson College.

Throughout his career, McAlear has held various positions that helped him develop a diverse skill set. From being a Product Design Engineer at Portec Ltd. to the Director of Sales, North America at Brampton Engineering Inc., he has always strived for excellence. He was also previously the Manager - Technical Services at Macro Engineering & Technology Inc. and Operations Manager at Armstrong-Darling Inc. In his present role, he works as a Consultant at Blown Film Systems, where he provides project management and technical services for the company.

McAlear's leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail have helped him excel in his various roles. He has a passion for finding effective solutions to complex problems, enhancing operational efficiency, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients.
