Through a dedication to developing her emotional intelligence skills, Rebecca transitioned from a subpar student to a valedictorian and went on to earn degrees from Cornell University and Columbia University.

Co-founding multiple companies, including Doga Towels and Lyve Media, Rebecca's focus on emotional intelligence has been instrumental in her personal and professional achievements.

Currently, as a co-leader of Culture Theory alongside management expert Kate Babcock, Rebecca helps leaders and teams harness the power of emotional intelligence to navigate challenges and drive success.
