Riya Arora

Riya Arora is a junior at The Harker School in San Jose, known for her dedication to social advocacy and community engagement.

She is actively involved in various organizations and initiatives aimed at driving positive change, such as leading the youth chapter of Foundation for Excellence and co-founding the non-profit Touched By MS.

Riya has held significant roles in the community, including serving as the Director of Public Relations at TEDxHarkerSchool, treasurer for her school's Youth Activism club, and engaging in education policy reform with Young American Policy Advocates.

Apart from her social advocacy work, Riya is a talented figure skater, achieving national recognition and medals in competitive Ice Dance with the San Jose Sharks synchronized skating team.

She has studied Social Advocacy at The Harker School and Social Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, shaping her academic interests in understanding and addressing societal issues.
