Lakisha Elder has a diverse background in human resources, business management, and education. Lakisha's expertise in diversity and inclusion has made her a valuable asset to various organizations she has worked with, including Stonerise Healthcare LLC, Premier HR Solutions, and Monongahela Valley Association of Health Centers, Inc.

She holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Finance from Fairmont State University and has studied Certified Export Management at the Department of Commerce, EMBA at West Virginia University, and Federal Acquisitions Management certificate at Pierpont Community and Technical College.

Apart from her professional experience, Lakisha is also an Executive Director at DEVANTE WAITES FOUNDATION INC, and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Salem International University.
