Marina Maxwell is a highly experienced consulting engineer with 20 years of expertise in project management, client account management, business development, bid preparation, planning, and project delivery of engineering design. She specializes in civil and hydraulic analysis as well as the design of water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and pipelines. With her excellent skills in conceptual planning, options analysis development, and business case preparation, Marina has been successful in delivering several infrastructure projects - masterplanning and strategic planning for water and wastewater.
