McKnight is a seasoned event industry professional with over a decade of experience in building and managing event platforms. He is the founder and CEO of Emamo, a web3 event ticketing platform that helps event organizers run successful events. He has worked with various high-profile events like San Diego Comic-Con, Techstars, and Startup Week to ensure their success.

Apart from his professional experience, McKnight is a digital nomad who has lived on the road since 2012, managing an all-remote team in 6 different time zones. He believes in bonding with his team while exploring new places; hence, he spends money on taking his team to exotic locations like Bali, Tokyo, Marrakesh, Mykonos, and Siem Reap rather than spending it on office space.

McKnight believes that events change the world, and that is why he loves helping event organizers. He has been a speaker at various conferences and festivals on topics like the future of AI recommendations and how to assist non-profits with no-code solutions. His companies and projects have been featured in renowned publications like NY Times, WSJ, Wired, CNN, Forbes, Ad Age, and even an Apple advertising campaign.

He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and BSBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. McKnight has been the founder of SCHED, partner at Hype Machine, and formerly worked as a web developer at Gawker Media and the University of Florida.
