She has expertise in multiple people management domains like Strategic HR, Talent Appreciation & Engagement, Leadership Development, and Training Design & Delivery, 360° Feedback, Performance Management, Personal Development Planning, and Coaching. As a solopreneur and founder of Sopaan, she provides HR and business advisory services to companies to help them become more effective in achieving their goals. With a passion for education, empowerment, and employability of youth and women, Indra is active on various forums to address related issues. She partnered with leading organizations like Ernst & Young, Aon (Hewitt), School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Vital Smarts India, and SHL India to develop middle and senior leadership teams across several industry verticals.
