After graduation, Erik embarked on a successful ministry career at First Lutheran Church in Fargo, where he showcased his exceptional skills in youth ministry and community outreach.

Erik's leadership was instrumental in the creation and growth of the Homeless & Hungry outreach program, which has made a positive impact in multiple communities across the United States.

In 2011, Erik transitioned to real estate, bringing his unique blend of empathy and communication skills to help clients navigate the emotional process of buying and selling homes.

Erik is renowned for his work in real estate, heading the top-selling team at Hatch Realty in North Dakota & South Dakota.

His specialties in ministry include youth ministry, inspirational speaking, motivational speaking, and devotional writing, while in real estate, he focuses on assisting buyers and sellers with their property needs.
