Taylor Witkin is a sustainability specialist who has made it her mission to promote innovative solutions and conservation initiatives while prioritizing food systems and supply chains. She has worked in various positions across multiple organizations such as SeaAhead, CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), and LocalCatch.org, to name a few. Throughout her career, she has acquired a vast range of skills that include data analysis, fundraising, event planning, project management, and environmental research.
Witkin has studied Marine Affairs during her Master's degree at University of Rhode Island and Environmental Studies during her Bachelor of Arts at Colby College. Her expertise has allowed her to hold several job positions, starting as a Biological Sciences Technician at NOAA and being a Research Associate at the University of Maine. Furthermore, she also has experiences as a Sustainable Fisheries Intern at Cape Eleuthera Institute and Science Fellow at Oceana. Witkin's educational background and job experiences make her a crucial asset in the field of sustainability and conservation.
