Ian McPherson is an accomplished Senior Editor and Product Lead for Forrester, a leading global research and advisory firm. With over a decade of experience in the publishing and editorial industry, McPherson graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a focus on Creative Writing in 2007. He later returned to Gordon College to study for a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
Before joining Forrester, McPherson worked as a Copy Editor for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. where he honed his refined editorial skills. In addition, he also served as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Bass Rocks Golf Club, developing his leadership, communication, and client retention skills.
As a Senior Editor and Product Lead for Forrester, McPherson has extensive experience in creating, developing and implementing content strategies and marketing campaigns. Additionally, he oversees the editorial and publishing process for a variety of channels, including report writing, client-facing blogs, social media, email marketing, and web content.
