Eduardo Vera is a Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting for senior and leadership roles in the tech industry. He currently works at Microsoft, leading the recruitment efforts for their engineering team. Before joining Microsoft, Eduardo worked at Facebook, where he utilized his talent acquisition skills to source top technical talent. Eduardo has also worked at ManpowerGroup Solutions in a variety of roles, including RPO Account Manager and RPO Sourcer, before transitioning into technical recruiting.

Aside from his work in the recruitment industry, Eduardo has experience in sales and consulting. He worked at Global Speakers Bureau as a Sales Consultant, where he advised businesses on how to enhance their public speaking events. He also worked at Kiron Partner and City One Mortgage Bankers. Eduardo started his own consulting business, Eduardo Vera Konsulting.
