Pavan Soni is an Innovation Evangelist, author, and educator who has made a name for himself in the field of innovation management. He is the founder of Inflexion Point, a consulting firm that offers programs on Design Thinking, Strategic Acumen, and Consulting Skills. Pavan firmly believes in the power of innovation to transform businesses and works towards providing practical insights to his clients to help them achieve their goals.

Pavan boasts an impressive academic background with a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Engineering from M.B.M Engineering College Jodhpur and a PGDIE from National Institute of Industrial Engineering. He also holds a Doctoral degree in innovation management from IIM Bangalore. Pavan is an Adjunct Faculty at ISB Hyderabad and IIM Bangalore and has engaged with conglomerates such as Reliance, Tatas, ITC, Flipkart, and Novartis.

As a mentor for NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore and The Founder Institute, Pavan shares his knowledge and expertise in innovation management with budding entrepreneurs. His education and experience as a knowledge manager, innovation evangelist, marketing manager, and management trainee at Wipro Technologies and Tata Group make him a subject matter expert.

Pavan is the author of the book Design Your Thinking, published by Penguin Random House in 2020.
