Jack Dziak is a seasoned C-level executive, Board Member, and founder of Dziak Advisory Services LLC (DAS), providing strategic consultancy to corporations and investors in the global enterprise IT and communications services markets. He has over 30 years of experience in complex P&L management, restructuring, strategy formulation and strategic planning, new market and product development, financial management, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before founding DAS, Jack held several executive positions in various companies. He worked with Apcela as President and COO, a board member, and also served as Executive Vice President, Global Products at Sungard Availability Services. Additionally, he served as SVP and General Manager - Managed Services at Sungard Availability Services, Senior Vice President at NeuStar, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Sprint Nextel, and Senior Vice President, Services & Distribution at Mobile Satellite Ventures.

Jack's career spans over 15 years of consulting, including 13 years as an Accenture Partner. Furthermore, he was formerly Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Junior Economist at The White House Council of Economic Advisers, and an Intern at The Heritage Foundation.

He holds an MBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BS in Economics from Virginia Tech. Jack has also been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 1992.
